The popular gourmet half board at Villa Rey is more than a standard half board. With the gourmet half board you are looked after all around – throughout your entire holiday!
The day at Villa starts with a rich breakfast buffet including orange juice, seasonal selection of fruit, freshly brewed cappuccino and decaf, herbal and non-herbal teas, scrambled eggs, bacon, selection of cheese and salami, selection of jams, brioche, cake, selection of fresh baked breads (white and whole-wheat), selection of cereals, selection of yoghurt, milk. Breakfasts in June – September take place on the garden terrace.
In the afternoon enjoy your teatime where cake, cereals and a seasonal selection of fruit will be served.
At Dinner Villa Rey features an imaginative 5-course Dinner including meat, fish and vegetarian style menus using seasonal, local and fresh ingredients.
The terrace overlooking the illuminated pool and the marvelous valley offers dining al fresco.
The italian cook uses fresh vegetables in season, meat from local sources, fish of the day caught in the nearby Lake Trasimeno, prepared with flair in a peaceful setting.
The wine cellar offers a variety of beverages from light bubbly prosecco to the important vintages, by the bottle or by the glass. The owners, the Rey family, produce organic extra virgin olive oil and wine.
